A comment from the dev on their reddit AMA post for the subreddit r/fridaynightfunkin states “can’t say there are definitive plans, BUT there are HOPES for console release. Need to send Nintendo a pitch still… thats been on our plate since the end of October….”
So this may or may not be coming in the future, also have some patience since the game is still in development.
